If you are interested in having your name displayed on the Sign Board located at McCauley Mtn. Please contact Diane Heroux at 315-369-6061. Renewals MUST be in by November 1st of each year for $100. You may print this out and mail in to the address listed.

The Polar Bear Annual Sponsor Board fundraiser is underway. In exchange for your sponsorship, your customized sign will be placed on the Polar Bear Ski Club sponsor board which is located outside the chalet at McCauley Mtn. in Old Forge. Please consider sponsoring this quality youth sports organization. The sign will remain until fall 2018. If you have sponsored our program in the past, we sincerely appreciate your support. If you are a new sponsor, we thank you. Businesses, individuals, or a group of friends are welcome to purchase a space.

Please complete the following and return to Diane Heroux by November 1, 2017. Make checks payable to Friends of the Polar Bears ad mail to PO Box 544, Old Forge, NY 13420
